TKE Fraternity Wins Two Awards

Frater Hector Pineda acepting the award for Miss GreekTKE was given two awards at the 2009 ODK Leadership Banquet.

Miss Greek was named SFA's Service Project of the Year for raising over 1400 dollars for Mothers Against Drunk Driving, and for creating awareness for the responsible use of alcohol amongst the Greek community.

Frater Hector Pineda was named SFA's Volunteer of the Year for giving over 2500 hours of his time. Frater Pineda is also President of Driving Jacks, an Orientation Leader, and a Jack Camp Counselor (WOW!!!).

We are so proud of Hector, so honored for these awards, and very hapy to continue the TKE tradition of being the leaders of leaders at SFA!!!

Red Carnation Ball 2009

Attention TKE Alumni:

Tau Kappa Epsilon's annual Red Carnation Ball will be held May 1st at Liberty Hall on Main Street at 8p.m.  Afterwards, the event will move the the TKE House.

We will announce end of year awards like Top Teke, Officer of the Year, and more.  We will also crown our new chapter sweetheart.

All alumni are invited to the event.  Contact our Histor, Frater Hunter Parrott via the active member page for more information.
 

TKE's Continue to Lead SFA

Congratulations goes out to Frater Ryan Johnson for being elected to SFA's Student Government Association (SGA) for an '09 - '10 term!

Frater Johnson is also the Director of Public Relations on the InterFraternity Council (IFC), and is consistently one of the chapter's top scholars.

Frater Hector Pineda, President of Driving Jacks, has also been selected as an Orientation Leader this summer, as well as a Jack Camp Counselor. 

Congratulations to both, we are proud to have Fraters continue to be the leaders of leaders at SFA!
