Chapter House
Located on over three and a half acres of land , the TKE Fraternity chapter house has been part of our organization almost since its original inception in 1970. It was located on North Street at the time, and was the location of many formals and mixers, even a TKE's wedding. In 2001, thanks to some hard work and planning by the Chapter and it's Board of Advisors, the house was moved to its current location just off the loop in Nacogdoches.
The house is two stories, has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a full kitchen, game room, a pool table, and living/chapter room. The house is surrounded on three sides by a deck measuring over 2000 Sq Ft.. We have a full, 80' by 40' sand volleyball court. We have many brotherhoods, concerts, chapter events, and rush events at the house every year. A big deal every year, is the TKE Homecoming bonfire held at the house with our alumni at midnight after the SFA bonfire.
Fraternity members who live at the house have consistently recorded a significantly higher GPA than the average student at SFA.
The future of the house includes a interior renovations, as well as a fully paved parking lot.
